Richard will be the one operating all the machinery and undertaking the carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning. So you know that you will get all of his experience and knowledge. Richard has been operating as a carpet cleaner for nearly 10 years. He undertakes regular training and maintains his machines to the highest quality.

When I started my own carpet cleaning business in 2013, it didn’t take me long to realise I had much to learn! Keen to remedy this, I made a decision to spend the next few years learning everything I could about the carpet cleaning industry. I attended training courses throughout the country, gaining a raft of relevant qualifications. As a result, I am proud to say that I am currently the most highly accredited service provider in the industry!
Even so, I am not the type of person to sit back and take it easy. Every year, I make a point of keeping my skills up to date by attending at least one training course and industry event. It is important to me to know that I am providing the best domestic and commercial services to my customers.
Over the years, I have built a wealth of knowledge about the best products, tools and techniques to use for any given situation. I use this knowledge every day to do the best job possible, no matter how demanding the cleaning task.
